The person who helped me at the desk was extremely condescending, rude, and very impersonable.
I had a simple ruched cocktail dress that needed to be cleaned and pressed. They smoothed out the ruched pleats! It looks like I washed in the washer and air dried it!
I do my best to support locals. I won't be coming here ever again with my business.

She did fix it but not without smug silent treatment as she handed me my garment. I told her it's a $400-dress. She's snipped back, "What about it?".

The couple who run this cleaners (Marie and Charlie) make it a very wonderful place to bring my clothes. There are so many cleaners to choose from, I feel good to find this cleaner to care for my clothes with detail and quality work.
