I was a patient of the OB/GYN doctor, but due to good health and age I didn't need an appointment for a few years. Unfortunately that means you become a new patient. I called in May and got an appointment for July. I had an unexpected work trip pop up that week and just called and now they aren't allowing me to make any appointment . I am appalled at our health care system in general, and specifically this provider given my history with the clinic.

I had an important, time-sensitive appointment scheduled only to be cancelled on by Dr.Brown and left to continuously search with other providers for last minute openings. No regard for the health of their patients.

As both a patient and a provider, this is one of the least considerate practices I've ever interacted with. For 2 months, my wife has been playing phone tag with this office trying to order some genetics tests as part of our family planning. She calls 2-3 times a week, gets told she will be called back "in a little bit" by the medical assistant, then they never respond (even via the portal). Finally get ahold of the actual doctor, they apologize and they say all that we need to do now is confirm with the medical assistant which kit we want to order, we send it along, still no word from the medical assistant. Shameful.
