This one star is for the practice. Not for Dr Fabi. Dr Fabi is a wonderful physician, IF and only IF you can get to see her. I have been sick for a month coughing non stop and first contacted the practice 2 weeks ago. They could not see me as Dr Fabi was away for 2 weeks so sent me to urgent care. Dr Bell at UC was great and prescribed what she felt I needed. I am still very sick so I reached out yesterday to get an in person appointment with Dr Fabi. The unhelpful (non medical) phone person would not give me an appointment for THREE WEEKS!! even though I've been sick for a month with no end in sight. She said I could not speak to anyone else. If it was just a check up I'd understand but I've been sick for so long I need to see my MD. I get they are busy but surely it's not unreasonable to see your doctor when you've been very sick for a month. I'd prefer not to change doctors because I really like Dr Fabi but the situation is untenable and leaves me with no confidence in this poorly run practice. SMH.

These people were recently bought by a medical roll-up and now don't support their existing patients. Tried to call today and their first question was "Have you found a new primary care physician?"" Nice bedside manner

The worst "care" I have ever received anywhere. Waited over three months for a new patient appointment. The practitioner, Rupali Chaudhuri was a complete joke. She did not listen to anything I said, chastised me for showing up on time, as per the confirmation texts I was provided. All I got out of this experience was an empty wallet, no listening, incredibly rude office staff and medical practitioner who has now recorded incorrect information on my medical records, because she apparently does not have the ability to listen. Such a flipping joke !!! Definitely NOT worth the wait or the effort. Not to mention the freakishly rude office staff. Medical care is difficult...read full review
