I'd give him 6 stars if I could. He's cool he gives a great haircut. I shave my head but my son has beautiful wavy curls, for his first hair cut I walked in and told him what I liked, he did a great job and the man knows what he's doing. Initially I was in mild shock by how much he took off it was way more than I expected but it quickly grew on me. Now we only go here and I don't ever worry about the end result.

been getting a trim there for around 15 years or so...a good cut good price...sams a great guy always good advice and great stories....and i always get compliments on my look....so its a local gem...from way back..

My wife used to take my son when he was 5 years old to Youngman's. He's now 22. When I got off the road, I began going there, as I just wanted a men's haircut, something you can't get at Super Cuts for some reason. Sam has been cutting hair since he joined the service in WWII, and knows everything that goes on in Grass Valley. This is a nondescript barber shop in an old Victorian style house. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
