I just had my hair colored and cut by Chandra at Terra Bella. The hair dye does not chemically treat your hair, it works using heat, so no smell! no noxious odors! Plus, Chandra used foils to make my hair have depth. I had so much fun talking to her, the time passed quickly and enjoyably. I'm going back for a blowout for a holiday party, and am looking forward to it. The salon is clean, has great lighting, very comfortable chairs for washes, and is all around fab.
