Furthermore, I encountered an issue with my payment, but both Zack and Denise handled it with utmost grace and professionalism, going above and beyond to assist me promptly and effectively.
I called several companies for septic pumping and the companies never responded so I searched reviews locally and was drawn to Tall Boots. Initially, I liked the company name! It showed that they had a sense of humor. So I called. The call was answered promptly and I gave as much information as I had to describe the job but I didn't know the size of the tank or the precise location.No problem, they gave me an appointment within the week!There was torrential rain on the day of the appointment but they came out anyway, right on time.It took about 45 minutes and done!We chatted while I paid the bill...at a remarkably fair price...and I was right, he had a great personality... read full review

I live in sacramento and my dad lives in Nevada city and hes in the hospital now and he having an issue with his system and thats out of my league so i called them because he used them before and got to admit lady on the phone is awesome called me back and helped the best that they can cant recommended enough thank you for understandingService: Sewer repair
