Cindy and Cynthia were so friendly and helpful. I sat in my non prescription glasses and when I arrived I was greeted immediately and the repair only took 5 minutes! Super friendly and great customer is hard to find these days. Thanks so much for the help today. I’ll definitely stop by when I need a new pair!
Had to kinda fight, tooth & nail getting my appointment with Medi-Cal however, in the end, the folks at SVME certainly went around parameters and reached extra miles for me so I am overwhelmingly grateful to this facility and it’s staff.
My husband and I very much appreciate the whole team at Sierra View Medical Eye center. They are always kind and helpful even when short staffed. Doctors, assistants and optical stafffixed his frames a few times and thankul for the services.
