Everything about my initial visit and the actual colonoscopy procedure was excellent. The front desk, nursing staff and doctor were friendly and professional. I was I understandably nervous (first time), but I felt in very safe and kind hands. Would definitely recommend Dr Brichler.

Final contract: Dropping them down a star because they did not contact me within 5-7 days as promised in the paperwork, and only got in touch with me after I contacted them. SO after all that, it does seem like others are correct in lackluster customer service with results. BUT ... I would still recommend because all else was perfect. AND because nobody should procrastinate getting this done. I tend to think/hope that they would be more on the ball with getting results out if they found any concerns....Fourth contact....it's finally happening, first colonoscopy..... The staff were amazing. Very thorough, and apologetic when my veins gave them trouble while trying to get an IV started. They answered all my questions and concerns beforehand. And after, they walked me out to my ride home. The next day, the office called to see how I was doing after my procedure. Best experience with a specialist’s office that I’ve ever had.
