We have always been satisfied with the work performed by Precision Electric. However, they don’t have enough techs to service the many whole-house generators they’ve installed in the area over the past 6-7 years. This creates a big problem during power outages for people with reliance on medical equipment. Minimum two-week delay getting service on a non-working backup generator is a huge issue. Hopefully they are close to resolving that problem.

Precision Electric is wonder! They are so knowledgeable about Generac generators! They let you know what and why something needs to be done before the do anything so that you have choices. I have recommended them to our neighbor when she had an emergent situation and they were out the next day. You would not go wrong withe their expertise!!!

I had a house main panel that needed to be replaced. Yancy came and quoted a reasonable rate. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. Josh came and finished the job within a day with a helper at hand. He was personable and professional, brought a generator to keep my fridge running, and did an excellent and clean job. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend this company to anybody.
