Paige has magic in her hands. I frequently manage to injure myself because I refuse to grow up and sit still, and her patient, knowledgeable hands gently soothe my tissues back to health. Her space is cozy and inviting, and there is just no substitute for her years of experience, and obvious dedication to helping the human body. I cannot recommend her enough, and now she's doing monthly sign-up plans to keep your body on track as you build or maintain it to make keeping yourself healthy even easier!!!!!

I am someone who has lived most of my adult life in a chronic state of fight-or-flight - always too busy, always stressed out, always exhausted. I have been to many massage therapists of different styles, and Paige is the most holistic and knowledgable practitioner I have encountered. She is the first massage therapist to acknowledge the impact of chronic stress on muscle tension! I had a revitalizing experience when visiting Paige - I was hoping for a massage, and I got so much more. Her space is filled with very calming energy - therapeutic sounds, well-constructed use of essential oils, great use of heat to relax the muscles, additional resources on hand (towels, hot stones, eye pillows), and relaxing light. Her massage style is intentional, fluid, consistent and responsive. She will work deeper into areas that you request, or if she experiences tightness and knots while working on you.
