Northern Air is a trusted HVAC provider that has been serving the community for over 23 years. Customers praise the company's great communication, amazing customer service, and affordable high-efficiency system options. Despite a few initial hiccups, Northern Air has consistently delivered on their promises, earning the trust and recommendation of their clients. The staff that customers interact with are very nice. Wayne and the whole company was awesome, coming out quickly for a free estimate and providing a quote on work with a difficult situation that other outfits turned down. After finishing the work, it came in far under the quote. Northern Air has been very responsive over the years, even in the midst of a heat-wave. Wayne got here a day earlier than expected, listened to the situation, took temperature readings, topped off the coolant, and offered advice without trying to up-sell. They leave customers with the sense that "we'll be here when you need us".
Scott and David were highly professional with their craft, very respectful representing HVAC technicians. At first, Jon explained with detail on replacing new unit and was thorough with concise information on install & finished product. I give them a Five Star with a thumbs up! Thanks fellas.
These folks are great! They kept my old system running for about 8yr, then did a great job on the new one. Lots of duct problems from previous - they fixed everything - now my whole house is great! Caring group of people!
The installation and adjustment of dampers on 7 ducts and enlarging two ducts was accomplished as planned on schedule by a crew that ultimately involved at least 3 Northern Air techs. It is too soon to tell how much the project has affected the experience of the tenants but that may not be known until we are back into hot weather and air conditioning. Also a very critical part of this project will be the follow-on service to make adjustments seasonally and in response to tenant requests. Of course all of that remains to be seen. However, we are very satisfied with the installation, the positive can-do attitude of the crew, and the progress to date.
