Then another 4 days to come out and look at what I needed done. 7 days later, I called to find out where my estimate was, they had not even gotten to it. I ended up going to another company. A shame because I want to stay local as much as possible. If you have more jobs than people, please find some help. Or refer new callers to another local business. I am now almost 3 weeks behind a project that is now work stoppage for my small business. Very frustrating. I am a family owned business, so I understand that it can be difficult, but communication and timely followup are essential to good customer service.“
