“Packard flooring delivered excellent quality and experience! We had our new floors (LVT) installed about 3 years ago and they look perfect. We recently had a slight issue due to replacing a sliding door, where we needed a new edge strip. Nick at Packard was helpful, responsive, and came outside of business hours to review the issue. While there, he also offered to replace the glue on a separate piece that got frequent wear. He returned and completed the job on time, with excellent install, and friendliness. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend!“
