Mark along with Bill and Pete completely redid our kitchen and some of living area in our just purchased home. Initially Mark worked with my wife on how to redo an existing, difficult configured area in a way that kept the cost reasonable. After planning with Mark about what to do, we simply proposed a time and materials contract. When the work was done we felt we were treated very fairly. In short it was a happy experience.
