However, they don’t have enough techs to service the many whole-house generators they’ve installed in the area over the past 6-7 years. This creates a big problem during power outages for people with reliance on medical equipment. Minimum two-week delay getting service on a non-working backup generator is a huge issue. Hopefully they are close to resolving that problem.“
