“I have only gratitude to Freschi Construction, for the tremendous help and kindness they provided me in a time of need. When a blockage in the storm drain on the street sent a river of water down my driveway and into my house on the evening of the greatest rainfall in Grass Valley's recorded history, the bottom of my house was transformed into a veritable river. And insurance didn't cover flooding caused by the weather. I found Freschi on Yelp, and they lept to action with all the urgency that the situation demanded. Jason came to assess the damage and produced a quote for mitigating the problem with swift dispatch, producing a separate quote a little later for what it would cost to restore my house to its previous condition. Both quotes were fair, neither exploiting the desperation of the circumstances. Early the next morning after I'd accepted the quote, Aaron, a master of drywall, and Nick set to work opening the walls and removing flooring and potential rot and running dehumidifiers. A week or so after they'd controlled the situation, they returned to rebuild the rooms with the same expertise and efficiency. I paid the bill we'd agreed to, but still I feel indebted to everyone at Freschi, for the fairness and professionalism they extended me during a moment of crisis. Although I was unfamiliar with them before finding them through the internet, ever since the experience began I have felt they are good and dear friends.
