I could not possibly be happier with Brewer Heating & Air Conditioning. A year ago, we wanted to replace our single-speed, noisy, inefficient HVAC system with something better. We landed on Carrier equipment, and were directed to Brewer, as the only local dealer. Not only did Robbie Brewer personally come out, examine our existing system, and recommend a new top-of-the-line system from Carrier, but he had it installed within a few weeks. (In the middle of the pandemic, with supply chain issues, with labor issues, with illness issues...) We LOVE the new system. It is everything we had hoped for. Efficient, quiet, low power (so it can start and run on our backup battery during power outages!) and mostly invisible. On top of that, a year later, during the hottest days on record, when it started misbehaving (a slow coolant leak, we think) Brewer had someone out within minutes (really, like 5 minutes) after I called about it. And then, when it failed again the same day (it's nearly impossible to get the amount of coolant right on a day that hot), they had someone out again within minutes. They treat me and my system with respect, and honestly, I couldn't possibly recommend them higher. If you need a new system (or repair to your old one), give Brewer a call!
These folks were amazing. In the middle of a heat wave we were unable to find anyone to come out to fix our dying home AC system. Not only did they come out the same day, but their expert diagnois figured out what was wrong which was missed by our Home Warranty company the previous year. Excellent service, quick response and a fair price. The crew took care of several unrelated issues with the water heater installation (done incorrectly by others) while installing our air conditioner at no extra charge. 5 stars!
