This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Every single person I’ve encountered has been nothing short of incredible. Dr. Gilbert has been kind, patient, and understanding from day one. You can tell he is genuine and really cares about his patients and what he does. Making sure I am comfortable and allowing me to use my fidgets and weighted resources needed for my anxiety and sensory stimming. Vicky has been amazing and kind making sure I have everything I need and am set up with a movie for longer appointments. I had an amazing dental experience at Dr. Elias Almaz. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and front desk staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They even remembered my preferred days for appointments from my previous visits, which made scheduling a breeze.
The office itself is impeccably clean with an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. As for the dental staff, they were phenomenal. Every step of the procedure was explained thoroughly, which eliminated any uncertainty or anxiety I usually have during dental visits. The overall vibe was calming, and I felt completely at ease.
