Called Tim Jones to have them look at my roof -- I hadn't had anyone up there in over 10 years. Of course there were issues -- missing and broken tiles, the builder did not run the tiles all the way to the edges, and there was some dry rot on the eaves. Ricardo and his crew came out and spent two days on the job, including installing the Valley Armor system on the valleys. After they were done, Ricardo then made sure I was happy with it. I recommend this company.
