My hair stylist Mary was understanding on what look I wanted to achieve, and explained to me the entire process on what was going to be done. The facility is surrounded by oak trees and the entrance has a really lovely fountain that helped to calm and relax me before my appointment. Upon entrance you're greeted by the friendly staff. The lobby is stunning, tall ceilings with a modern aesthetic. This was my first time with Cate, and I couldn't be happier. I was cleared for Botox with the doctor who was so informative and friendly. Cate made sure to treat all of my problem areas. Typically get anxiety while receiving Botox because I'm not a fan of needles. She made it pain free and very relieving for me. “6 hours of treatments is a wonderful indulgement from usual 2-3 hours I usually do. Facility has a relaxing and warm ambiance. Vita and Angelina were very friendly yet professional - and did amazing treatments! Appreciated the full body massage and body scrub, and the facial - even the jacuzzi bubble bath was relaxing - and certainly would do again and recommend those treatments. The turkey sandwich lunch was also tasty and nicely made. However the sauna was too hot to enjoy for long and the other shorter treatments included in the package were more "fillers" of the time to me.“
