“Acoustical Drywall Services did an incredible job scraping my popcorn ceilings in my new townhome. This was the top-priority project for my new place before I moved in. Mike was great to work with and answered all my questions timely and with very clear expertise.The popcorn ceilings had asbestos in them, and ADS coordinated seamlessly to have Synergy Enterprise Inc. take the asbestos materials off and perform the abatement process safely. Mike's team - Dillon, Greg, and Fernando - did an absolutely beautiful job. The finished product has very evident attention to detail, the new ceiling texturing is consistent and beautiful, and they left the place clean afterwards. Their workmanship is top notch.I also had them do some drywall work in one of the bedrooms, removing some wood paneling and putting up drywall. This work was also done flawlessly, despite the wood paneling being a hassle and messy to remove.I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing ceiling or drywall work done. They laid protective covers on my hardwood floors, and they were very accurate on the estimated time it would take. Work included caulking all exterior stucco cracks and gaps, removing and replacing new front and rear outside light fixtures, and replacing trim and casing before installing a new front entry door and hardware. Written estimates contained detailed itemizations with payment receipts provided at each phase of completion. There were no deviations or "surprises" from prices quoted. “We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.“

“I've used Handyman Network several times for small repair jobs, including replacing a kitchen faucet, fixing a wobbly toilet by putting in a new wax ring and hardware, fixing doors that weren't shutting snug, repairing a ceiling light fixture, and other miscellaneous jobs. They do great work, show up for their appointments, and everyone I've dealt with is professional and pleasant.“

“When we decided to remodel our kitchen we had some ideas and lots of questions. We went to the home show and talked to a couple of people. Shawn with K B Construction was one. He was honest and explained his products. He actually wanted us to talk to other companies. We did and then called Shawn to come out and give us a quote. He listened to our ideas, gave us a few move great ideas and told us he would final quote us in a couple of days. When we said yes we wanted him do our project, and we signed paperwork,, he said he could start in two weeks, and have it completed in two weeks. Two weeks later he was at our door. He completely removed all the old cabinets and counter tops and installed all brand new cabinets. He walked us through tile and counter top selections. It was so easy with him. I couldn't believe exactly two weeks later my dream kitchen was complete. Shawn and his crew were so easy and respectful. I can't recommend KB Construction and Shawn more.
