My carpet is about 40yrs old. Had my carpet cleaned a couple months ago by a different company. I saw no difference in my carpet when they were done. I thought it was because of the age of the carpet.I did some research and found that Guaranteed Clean had good reviews.Andrew came by today from Guaranteed Clean to clean my carpet. I shared my experience with the previous cleaning company and had him look at my carpet. Andrew was very professional as he explained their cleaning processes and the steps taken to clean the carpet. Andrew is nothing short of amazing! I am a real estate agent and the carpet in my listing realized some stains after an estate sale. With the home set to close within a week's time, Andrew was able to accommodate my timeline and cleaned the carpet the following day to perfection. We agreed that he would turn the central fan on to help the carpet dry and even returned the next day to turn the fan off. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by ensuring the property was well secured when he left. He is personable and hardworking. He provided excellent service at a very reasonable price.
