My AC unit stopped producing heat in the middle of the night. The next morning I left a message. Julian came out in a few hours. He quickly got on the roof, ran his diagnostics. In a few minutes the house was as warm as could be. This is my mom's house she has been using AC doctor for over 20-years. They have never failed me. The consistant service in a timely manner. Reasonably priced and always friendly.The only guy I call.

My air conditioner stopped producing cold air off and on. I called AC Doctor and Julian came out same day and diagnosed the problem as a cracked pan. The crack caused water to leak below the pan triggering a sensor that kept turning the unit off while the fan continued to run. He gave me a very fair price and switched out the pan. The air conditioner runs like new ever since. I was imagining a very expensive problem, but because of Julian's honesty and knowledge it was an easy and inexpensive repair. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that level of integrity in an industry notorious for taking advantage of our ignorance. Julian took the time to show me everything and made me understand the problem. I highly recommend this family ran company.

There is no better AC and heating guy in this state that is personable, professional and honest then Julian. My mom has been using these folks for 50 yrs or more. Your biggest challenge is getting him, or Sr. Jim, to have time to see you. He is swamped, but always returns your call. The secret is out. That is Julian and Jim Gifford is what has made RIVERSIDE Great. Thank you for always being there for us.
