I have been a loyal customer of Temperature Equipment for several years now. Their service person, Kevin, is OUTSTANDING. Polite, knowledgeable, a teacher, competent, and, above all, honest. Several years ago, we used Mediterranean to service our AC/Heat. At one inspection they told me that I needed a complete replacement after showing me a photo of my cracked heat exchanger. After a 3rd person arrived and asked for $12,000, I asked them to leave and called Temperature Equipment. Kevin came the next day and told me my unit was in perfect order! Whew.
Temperature Equipment is who installed the original HVAC units for our building when it was first built. Naturally we called them when one of the units stopped working. It was not an easy fix and it did take more than 5 visits to get the unit working, but Kevin (tech working with us) was so diligent and committed to getting it fixed asap. He was always willing to squeeze us in, very communicative with what was happening, and respectful each day he was in our building. Once everything was fixed I was expecting a huge bill because of how many parts needed to be ordered and how many hours Kevin spend with us, however, that was not the case. They honored their original quote and compensated everything else. This is why they're the ones we call!
