Would put a zero if I could, I went in with a shirt and asked if they could remove a stain and was told no problem we can. Went to pick up my item when promised and was told sorry we didn't get our delivery. Can back 2 days latter and the stain was still there as before. Was told that I needed to pay anyways because they couldn't do what I was told. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very bad business ethics.

I dropped off 7 items of clothing at Kenn's. Usually when I come, I'm told that the coupon will be applied. This time that wasn't said and I didn't think a lot about it. I got to pick up my cleaning and my bill was $90. With my coupon, I would have saved $8. Kenn's prices are outrageous. $25 for a dress. $4.75 for laundered shirts. $18 for a men's suit coat. I understand inflation is affecting us all but this is ridiculous. I won't be back and I urge you to get an accurate price description BEFORE you leave your clothes.

1st & last time coming here, prices are ridiculous. They said they would communicate with me about a certain piece. Never did. Charged me a ridiculous amount & there were still stains on it. The clerk was not helpful at all, she didn’t even care. There’s better dry cleaners out there.
