He never speaks negatively of my crown (which I've encountered numerous times in the past being a loose natural and having relaxed hair). He inspires me to see the potential in my hair when it's hard for me to see it myself. I have been loc'd now for 3 years, and my hair has flourished. My growth in such a shorter period is astounding, and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been!
