I been so picky with a vet because well so far all of them just seem blah. Even the front desk people just seem so blah. Idk like no personality or warmth to make you feel like your dogs in good hands, Not caring ,engaging, or personal. Its just like they just working.i been to about 12 places. My brother has been bringing our dogs here so I finally went to see how it goes... the only reason I'm giving this place the stars I am is due to Paola and Zamira. For a first time I felt like they actually cared and loved dogs. They were clear on communication and listened to me. Especially Paola. There was one girl there that was bleh. Balboa Veterinary Medical Center is wonderful. Dr A always call me direct to discuss matters regarding my dogs (babies) which can be a rarity nowadays. Additionally the staff is always so kind and caring towards me and my babies. I would highly recommend folks using their services for your animals.
