Jenny is an amazing stylist and person. I usually go in for a trim, hair thinning and keratin treatment and always leave in awe of her work. Could not see myself going anywhere else.
Been a customer of Carlos well before this shop opened. The quality of the work is superb and the customer service is outstanding. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks and the compliments I get on my cut and beard reaffirm that this is money well spent. Although I recently moved, I hope to make my way to Gonzales as much as I can to sit in his chair.
Came here twice when Hector was around. He did excellent work. First time he took me in as a walk in. Had me wait a bit but nonetheless took me in. Second time was by appointment. Unfortunately he left Stay Faded. Now, the other day I walked in hoping someone could help out on short notice. There I found the owner of the establishment sitting at the front on his phone. He told me it was appointment only and would not take me in. Fair enough that it's appointment only, but considering that he wasn't busy, he could have helped me out. Update: Thank you Carlos for reaching out. While I understand that you schedule on the hour, you are entitled to breaks and you want to provide an exceptional experience to your clients, I must point out the flaw in your response. According to Yelp, you open at 10:00 a.m. -- I walked in at approximately 10:15 a.m. So either you finished your first appointment in less than 15 minutes or your 10am didn't show (assuming you had an appointment at that hour). But, then again, you are the co-owner. You can make up your own schedule and take your 15 minute break upon starting a shift if you like. I thank you again for reaching out and inviting me to return. But, I have already found a new barber elsewhere that despite being closed when I arrived, immediately returned and reopened his shop when I called. Why did he do that? To build clientele and establish himself. I definitely will be scheduling appointments with him in the future. Carlos, I wish you the best in your business endeavors. Take care.
