Outstanding!!

This was not an easy cleaning for them. A lot of problems arose (such as my roommates leaving the apartment with their stuff, food and trash in the apartment for the move-out cleaning) for what was supposed to be an empty apartment.

Silvia was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for better service. She solved everything and was so understanding of the situation. And the ladies cleaning are equally as good.

I can’t recommend Silvia’s Cleaning Company enough. If you want great cleaning and outstanding service, choose them.

If I could give more than 5, I definitely would. I can't even begin to describe how I feel right now. Having something that you never thought would come out in a bathroom shower and edging beneath the sliding glass door on a tub actually come out and look 100% different than what you thought possible....both bathrooms....I'm just in awe. Granted there were some minor spots that just won't come out like in the corners but you can tell it's been worked and doesn't even begin to look like it did when they came. Lighter than it was. Evelyn and Euille ... my gosh, are they ever awesome! Very hardworking. I would absolutely utilize their service again and highly recommend them. Thank you ladies!!!

I have to start by saying I have moved around a lot trying to chase affordable rents in the Isla Vista, Goleta, and Santa Barbara area. On most occasions, I have tried to cut corners to save myself money only to pay more in the long run on cleaning supplies and spend more time than anticipated. I have used Silvia's Cleaning's "Move out service" after finding them on yelp and requesting a quote with my last two units while moving around the Santa Barbara area and I just booked them for my third. Not only were they excellent communicators and well organized, but they helped me get my full security deposit back on both occasions with their awesome work! Honestly, after seeing the end result it was cleaner than when I had moved into my units originally. Moving is brutal and tedious, but they relieved so much anxiety and were such a terrific help at an affordable price. I definitely recommend saving yourself time, money and stress.
