Rigo and his team were very pleasant and responsive, and did a good job with the installation. The quality of the Millgard patio doors are very high. The doors were shipped with the wrong type of screen. Rigo has already ordered the correct replacement screens. Overall, this was a very good experience with Rigo Patio Doors and Windows.

We are very pleased with our two windows replacement. The young workers were very professional, cleaned and took the time to go over the windows. Also, did soothing to our patio sliding door that is is easier to open. Thank thank you ??

Rigo kept exactly to the date scheduled two months before to install a replacement French patio door. Rigo's crew arrived at 9:30 AM on a day with rain predicted that afternoon. "Can you get it installed and sealed before the rain starts?" I asked the crew's lead man. "Yes". Five hours later the old door was removed and the new door fully installed and sealed tight -- just as the rain started. The crew was remarkably efficient, quick, and courteous. They insisted on cleaning up the unavoidable dust and debris even though I told them not to bother, that I would do it. All and all, a pretty smooth and painless process.
