What a terrible experience. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago and then 3 days before the house was suppose to be cleaned, they canceled on me. They said they weren't willing to compromise other appointments to try and remedy the situation... but they're willing to compromise my appointment!? If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Stay as far away from this service as possible.

We used them for a few months and they refused to do much and even began not doing the basics they should have been doing (getting cobwebs and simple things). They offered me a free service when I cancelled with them and then when I tried to take them up on in for a move out cleaning they informed me that offer was only valid for 24 hours... Not flexible and will nickle and dime you for everything possible and not even do a thorough job. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Scheduled a cleaning service for 10AM. Cleaning company randomly re-schedules it for 8:00AM with no prior notice. Super unprofessional - recommend going to other services in the city.
