“i was visiting and in need of some tlc, so after researching all of the nail salons in the area, i went with elegant nails & spa in goleta. i am very particular and chose them based on their pictures and reviews.

i was able to call and make an appointment in 20 minutes. i walked into a PINK salon and they took me in right away, offered drinks + snacks while i started my pedicure with laura who did great with removal, cutting + filing, and massage. cindy finished my pedicure (french) and moved onto my nail removal and fill with hard gel. she took her time to perfect the service, cutting cuticles, using multiple layers of gel like requested, fixing broken nails with gel-x, and she's so kind and lovely.

i can be picky about what i like, as i used to frequent the same nail tech for 10 years. she was very willing to be open to my requests, as she said it's better to make the client happy the first time instead of doing the whole service and at the end, someone says they're not happy with it.

she took her time, was very patient and provided great conversation. henry finished my ombré with airbrush, and my nails and toes look exactly how i wanted! i'm so grateful to find laura, cindy and henry here. they all have their specialties, provide quality work, and are so friendly.

“I’ve been coming here consistently for well over a year now. Anytime I switch salons I regret it and always come back to them. They are great at dip manicures and take the time to properly remove the dip to avoid nail breakage. They are always easy to communicate with whenever I am looking for special style or shape.
