I've used their cleaning service for several years sometimes regularly and sometimes as needed. They always send a small team of people and do a nice job. The best part of working with them is that they are reliable, can usually make schedule changes with short notice, and are EXCELLENT with communication. I am often out of town when I need the cleaning done and they have been very responsive and thorough with phone and email communications so I feel very confident and comfortable about the work being done.

We have used MasterClean USA for house cleaning and window cleaning and they have done a really great job. The owner and office staff are very professional and responsive. It has been easy to schedule and they are friendly and efficient but most of all my house looks good.
