They did an absolutely phenomenal job on our stairs! After having several quotes and going by several stores we went to flooring 101. We were amazed at the variety and size of their showroom.Monique was especially helpful and guiding us to the quality of carpet we wanted installed. She even got us several samples that we took home and we're able to look at in our own lighting. Tony was incredibly professional and came and took measurements himself. The carpet had to come from Georgia but Tony kept us well informed while we waited. The installer Chris was an artist! There were some tricky areas around our stairs but he handled it beautifully. Flooring 101 installed luxury vinyl on all my interior. They did an absolutely exquisite job. There was an obvious attention to detail, especially on the baseboards and up against the fireplace. I will absolutely use them again.
