Fence Factory

I have used Fence Factory on several occasions and have been happy with the service and results. When I first moved into our property in 2021, I needed approximately 100 LF of black chain link fencing and a gate installed. Fence Factory came out and did the work per our agreed schedule - and also touched up paint on the tops of older metal posts (without asking and without adding any cost) to improve the overall visual aspect of the entire fencing around the property. This year, 2024, I had to get Fence Factory back to repair six areas where a black bear has been coming over the fencing and "smashing" some of it in half during the process. The initial estimate for the work was higher than I thought it should be - but after a little negotiation, the hours and overall cost were reduced and I signed the contract. When the work was actually completed, the time was less than our signed contract and Fence Factory adjusted the overall price downwards to suit their actual costs, overhead and profit. I really appreciate them being honest in their work and billing and will definitely use them again - let's hope the bear(s) take some time off!

Installed a fence on one property and a gate on another. We weren't happy with how they did the fence. They came right back the next day and took care of the issues we had. Great company. Anyone that'll listen to a customer and come back and take care of things no questions asked is #1 in my book. They are a company that's willing to please.

Fence Factory replaced two gates and over 30 feet of redwood fencing. They do quality work and make sure that we are satisfied. In addition they clean up everything and haul all of the old wood away,
