In a challenging time of discovery of several drainage pipe leaks under my raised foundation, 1930 - built home, Javier and his assistant, Edgar, of EZ Flow Drain and Sewer Services, proved to be a God send.Javier responded quickly and used his expertise to investigate the root problems, explained all findings thoroughly and gave options for repair/replacement. He is knowledgable, kind, communicative, respectful and attends to detail.Javier and Edgar worked tirelessly over several days to complete the work, adhering to their scheduled appointment times or giving plenty of notice if a time needed to be changed. So thankful to Javier - he fixed a major plumbing issue at our coffee shop on a holiday and fit us into his workday, even staying late after hours. Cannot thank him enough. Very nice to work with and very easy to schedule other projects and leave him with a key so he can come after hours when it's less busy in our shop, which is incredibly helpful. It was so easy to text him and coordinate our timing. The work has been great - haven't had an issue since he helped with two drains and several valve replacements. Many thanks Javier!! You will always be on our speed-dial here at the shop (Dean coffee shop in Goleta).

Javier at EZ Flow is a great plumber. I cannot praise his work high enough. Frim start to finish he showcased the level of professionalism, skill and dedication that exceeded my expectations to diagnose the problem, and was eager to explain the plan of action in a clear and concise manner, answered all my questions, and ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the plan. My line was not draining well and it needed extensive work to get it going again. Javier went above and beyond. He spent extra time on a Friday evening to unclog some refractory problems.
