“In September we discovered a water leak under the kitchen sink. It was a mess. A plumber quickly corrected the leak but the damage was done. I called several reclamation and restoration places that service the Santa Barbara area. Some were immediately identified as obviously incompetent and a few showed up to provide estimates. The estimates were all over the place and made zero sense…except for one company QwikResponse Reclamation.

Arriving on time to assess the situation, JR immediately provided me with confidence they are the right company with his professional manner and approach. He was able to assess the situation and provide a full reclamation and repair quotation within a day. Half of our kitchen cabinets were destroyed and drywall had to be replaced. A scary proposition for a homeowner. Sadly insurance would not cover this problem (that’s a whole sorted story) but JR provided a thorough quotation I thought was reasonable given the work required and he gave us confidence no over runs would occur. Best of all: ALL work is done in house. No trades are outsourced!! Wow.

Once we started the work in October each crew of professional trades responsible for the specific tasks were on time, polite, professional, and did exactly what was described in the quote. At the end of each day I was given a progress report and told what would be happening next. Upon completion everything looked and worked as it was before the problem occurred. From start to completion the whole process took about 7 days. Absolutely amazing service.
