Fiver Star is taking great care of getting my bathroom water damage corrected. They have handled rug cleaning and drying out the areas. Their communication is also top notch. I highly recommend them. They are also handling the repairs. Great team! I also highly recommend the repair team too. The guys taking great care of us are Tim K, Andre and Jason.
We want to thank Mikhail for the fantastic job he did on the reconstruction job in our water damaged bathroom. His work was flawless and he handled every part of the job perfectly and in a very timely manner. We are giving Kustom all 5 stars on this one because of the attention to detail Mikhail gave the job.
We had a great experience with Five Star Restoration! We discovered the leak in our bathroom on a weekend, and they sent someone out that same day to pull up the wet floor and set up the dehumidifier. Steve was our project manager and we enjoyed working with him. He was helpful and a pleasure to work with, and he always responded right away when we had questions. We now have a beautiful new shower and bathroom floor, as well as new sink and countertop! I would definitely recommend Five Star Restoration, and we would contract with them again.
