I was pretty nervous as this was my first time with this procedure and she assured me it would be easy. She was right! Once the lidocaine kicked in, she got to work and 95% of the time it just felt like a tingling or buzzing on my lips. A couple spots were more tender, and she always gave me a heads-up or more lidocaine when working on those areas. Whether my eyelashes are classic and natural or I get a hybrid set or a wet set they always give me great suggestions to match what I want. There have been times where I have lost a lot of lashes as well and they’ve helped me regrow my lashes and always suggested ways to better take care of them. They don’t just care about providing good service but also about their customers and the quality of their lashes. I have nothing but great things to say about them.
