I made a Facebook just to share my horrible experience. First and last time due to staff. Complete disbelief.
I contacted this Optometry office to schedule an appointment since I have heard wonderful reviews from family, however Sasha at the front desk that answered my two phone calls on 06/14/2024, around 12:03 P.M.-12:11 P.M. lacks customer service, the tone in their voice was extremely rude I could not believe my initial interaction. When I asked for manager Sasha stated, "there isn't one". Someone else should be answering the phones who has customer service and can better interact verbal with patients. Dr. Brown is the best. He's just not an eye exam and do you want glasses or contacts eye doctor. He is very knowledgeable goes the extra mile and identifies problems he sees with patient eyes. For me and my husband he has identify problems he's seen. I've been going to him for 30 years.

I’m new to the area called Dr Brown ( recommendation from a neighbor) and they got me in the same day and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I was treated and very grateful for the quick visit and care I received.
