“My husband and I brought our 11-month-old son to Smile Kingdom for his very first dental visit with Dr. J, and to say it was a great experience would be an understatement. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, instantly putting us at ease. Our son was completely relaxed and actually enjoyed his time at the “castle.”

Our hygienist was not only kind but incredibly knowledgeable, and Dr. J was outstanding—patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to walk us through every step, shared helpful tips for our son’s dental hygiene, and made sure all of our questions were answered.

After a few bizarre tries at a couple of other competitors in the area, I found myself greeted by a handful of friendly professional employees at a clean modern dentist office. Unlike the other 2 offices I visited the day before, where price gouging was evident and cleanliness questionable, this place has nothing to hide. “Dr. Lam has golden hands, I visited Redford for a molar crown. I did not feel any pain at all and didn't need any pain pill. My employer doesn't cover dental insurance at all so it is a big help for me that at Redford the fee is very seasonable. Redford is a trustful dental practice.“

I have a ton of anxiety surrounding medical procedures and he calmed my nerves and answered all of our questions, gave all of the info on options and recommendations without pressuring us into any decisions. He was able to fit us in the same day after our consultation and giving us plenty of time to talk it over. We decided to move forward and the procedure was quick and smooth.
