I have been dealing with a shoulder injury for most of this year (2022). My traditional medicine physician put me through x-rays, physical therapy exercises, and of course rounds of anti-inflammatory and pain drugs. After over 3 months of treatments, even though there are improvements, I am still dealing with shoulder pain, in particular at night when laying down, which makes it difficult to get a full night's sleep.
