Gold River Pediatric Dentistry is *the* place to take your kids when they need to go to the dentist. Service is friendly, efficient, and thorough. Everyone, from the front desk, dental hygienists, and Dr. Scott show their excellence through "getting" kids and displaying a warm bedside manner.
Both patient and parent are involved in the treatment plan, and shown any potential issues through x-ray images on a monitor.
The clinic itself is clean and thoughtfully designed with a woodland theme with large aquariums that feature koi fish and turtles.

I am extremely late in giving a review. I used to go to Carol for electrolysis a few years ago when I lived in Sacramento. Let me just say I loved her and her work!! I definitely started seeing a difference in the hair growth after a month of going routinely. The commute was also very convenient since my job at that time was 10 minutes from her office. I was majority of the time her last client before she closes for the day. The conversations were the highlight of my sessions! She's an expert in the field of electrolysis and I would recommend anyone to her! Unfortunately I've moved to Nevada but if I'm ever back in Sacramento soon, I'll be booking!-Naja
I have been dealing with a shoulder injury for most of this year (2022). My traditional medicine physician put me through x-rays, physical therapy exercises, and of course rounds of anti-inflammatory and pain drugs. After over 3 months of treatments, even though there are improvements, I am still dealing with shoulder pain, in particular at night when laying down, which makes it difficult to get a full night's sleep. I decided to try alternative ways of pain management and contacted a chiropractor's office that was recommended to me. So far, I had two office visits with Dr. Dawn where she used Combined Therapy which consists of Ultrasound and Interferential Current. I felt the difference immediately but what really sold me on this treatment was that I slept very well with minimal pain and was sleeping on my right side for the first time in many days thereafter. I hope that my shoulder injury will continue to improve and I plan to use this treatment for pain management.

Dr. Joel is incredible. I had neglected my spinal health for many years until one day it decided to remind me through some spasms that were creating a severe bout of kyphosis.
For starters Dr. Joel was able to help me as a walk in, recognizing the need for some immediate help. As we discussed through the treatment plan, I felt comfortable in knowing along the way what was happening. By the end of my plan, my spinal health has improved significantly, I have less residual back pain than I did prior to treatment which has improved my sleep and daily activities.
Real talk, body was so aggravated in the neck I was leery to see a chiropractor closer to home than my regular joint location but Dr B is amazing and continues to aid in my treatment. Thank you for all you do. If you're on the fence, give him a try.

Visiting from Chicago for a wedding, the lady was very sweet and was able to do small adjustments on my suit, three days before the wedding, along with cleaning and pressing. I even offered a tip and she refused it. Amazing service and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!
