I hired Aaron a couple of times, one to remove an old garage door and install a new one, the other time to repair a broken spring; Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional, competitive with his price and real pleasant. He did an amazing job and took the time to explain the process and show us how to operate our new door before leaving. This review is long overdue. I am about to hire him again the third time and I decided to leave a review and let other folks know about Aaron and Shepard Garage Door and Repair!! Had a garage door issue at a rental property, motor was unable to lift the door. After describing the issue over the phone with Aaron he quickly assessed that the spring system has failed and would need to schedule a visit to give an accurate quote. We scheduled Aaron along with two other garage service companies. He converted/replaced the torsion spring system, re-programmed the open/close articulation of the motor, and repaired the aluminum garage door panels that were slightly bent from a car rolling into it for a very fair price. Aaron Shepard was extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He came out last minute to replace our spring in our garage. He explained everything in detail. I would absolutely recommend him again!
