Their rates are extremely affordable, they were knowledgeable of the product being used and the issue with the pests they were called to exterminate. Liked the owner George Iglesias so much when I met him to inspect our office and now I also use them at my personal residence. Carlos showed up on time, & called before the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He inspected the house for termites, was thorough & clear as to findings & what needed to be done. I was very happy with his service.

Octavio comes monthly and provides excellent pest control services. We had a minor rat problem outside that is now gone. I highly recommend Pest Innovations for your pest control needs. Octavio is excellent, friendly and communicates very well
