I would give five stars to make up for the bad review I gave earlier... that was an error.... the review intended for The Appliance Repair Men not Mr Appliance. I will give a review for the latter on another page, but I want to say that I wish I had gone on with Mr Appliance because they at least answer their phones and are respectable with customer care. Kudos to Ken Inman as well as the front desk lady.

My dryer pitched another fit the other day, so it was time for Ken and Al to make an encore visit and set it right. They were there as planned, found the problem, fetched the part and fixed it, no fuss, no muss. Ken explained what they'd done, and the service call was quick and friendly. They couldn't be better!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! My oven went out a few days before Christmas another company came but could not find the problem, so I called Mr. Appliance. They came the next day, diagnosed the problem, got the part the same day and fixed my oven in time for Christmas. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to everyone!
