“I joined Optum Glendora Primary Care in January 2023 and I have been pleased with their customer service so far. I really like my primary care doctor, Dr. Ha Tran but I especially want to acknowledge Patricia Ruiz, the Patient Liaison at the Optum-Glendora for her compassionate and professionalism towards new patients. When I first walked in she greeted me, sat with me and explained how their facility works. In addition, she is very responsive whenever you have questions and you contact her directly. If she can't take your call, she will make sure she calls you back the next day. If she's not able to help she will direct you to someone who can help. I'm so grateful that Optum-Glendora has someone like Patricia at their facility! Thank you Patricia for all your help and Thank you Optum-Glendora!“

I drove in, an attendant walked out to the car, with a clipboard, and sanitized pen, I filled out some paperwork, he took my insurance and Identification, returned with the test kit and that was it. The whole process took about 5 minutes and I didn’t have to be exposed to anyone! The easiest part of being exposed to Covid was going to E and E for my test! Thanks!“
