Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I came in for a reshaping of my hair from a disastrous cut 5 days ago from another salon.
I was so nervous to get it done that it will be an awry. Dolores was understanding and kind to explain to resolve this haircut situation?!
All i can say is Dolores was awesome and she was totally beyond my expectations of how she turned around a disastrous and disappointing haircut from that other salon!

This review is for Bobbi. She is simply amazing. It has been about 5 years since my last hair cut. I have a great amount of anxiety and I finally decided to just walk in and get a hair cut. I wasn’t nervous about the actual cut. Just being in an unfamiliar place for an extended period of time. She was the first stylist available. I explained to her that I have a lot of anxiety and she didn’t even bat an eye. She was kind enough to ask what temperature I wanted for the hair wash (extra cold! The staff are very sweet and skilled here. You can always ask a hairdresser what days and hours they work if you'd like to book with a specific stylist. I tend to do walk-ins on random days and times and very rarely need to wait more than 15 minutes. From my experience, it is best to bring a reference photo or spend the time with your stylist discussing the style you want because whatever you visualize needs to be clear to them as well. I haven't had a bad haircut, but it can shorten your time spent in the chair if you can provide a photo on your phone as reference
