“As a new patient I didn't know what to expect. I now have had two appointments including four skin biopsies. The experience has been exceptional. The staff is very friendly and professional.“
“My keloids have started to form again but another 10/10 experience. I got the help I needed and got shots which will help stop the growth and moving forward we will hopefully remove what has grown back. I just wanted to write this review to show that you don't just get one good experience. You get it every time you go! Very informative when I had new questions. I also had no trouble booking and got my appointment reminders.“
“I love this place ever since they moved to their new spot and diamond bar. Very clean. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as soon as you step in the facility they greet you with a smile as Jesus is waiting at the end of the hall. You feel so refreshed. I recommend all services from massages to facial to chiropractic and dermatology. I want to spend all my waking moments here.“
“I just got Kaiser through my work insurance and I love it so far! Let's not jinx it! I got an injury (again won't share what. haha) and was taken to Urgent Care at Kaiser in BP a few days ago. This past Monday I went back to Kaiser to see my PCP, who then ordered blood work and X-ray for my injury. I was then placed off of work for 1 week and yes I am being pampered and taking care of by someone (not sharing details neither. lol. As if you care). This is an all 1 stop shop from Urgent Care to Labs to X-ray, to Medical Doctors, to Pharmacy, to ER to infinity and beyond. I've always wanted to give birth at Kaiser, but couldn't before. Maybe now is the time. haha! The plus side they even had Starbucks there! The bad side: The parking! OMFG! They had huge and specious parking structures, but compare to the number of staff and visitors...you can expect chaos at a certain peak hours! Also, people will not be polite to let you pass. I mean, I get it. It's a hospital, everyone has his/her own urgencies. Funny story: My phlebotomist, her name was Shelly (I think. haha). She told me that my vein was extremely tiny and it rolled, which made it difficult to draw blood. She had to redo a few times, and let me tell you, I hate needles! She was actually pretty good though, I didn't feel that much pain. I looked extremely uncomfortable and she kept asking me if I was okay. In my head I was thinking "omg stop asking me". lol Anyway, when she finished. I told her thank you and that I wouldn't do what she did even for a million bucks, I would rather be homeless as her work takes mental strength, patience, and disciplined. She laughed so hard. Thank you!“
“I have been coming to Woodglen Astetics since it opened. Judy is especially very knowledgable. She is so friendly. I would not go anywhere else.“
