I have been coming to this place since my son was 5, mind you he is 21 now. I currently still come here for my daughter. However, within the last 2 years. I have been dissatisfied with customer service and the call center. They make appointment times, but what are they for!? when I'm still waiting a hour or 2 to get seen. I was Courteous enough to call to let them know I would be 3/4 minutes late, yet I got the call center instead of the front office and the guy was rude. When I got to my appointment I was told I was put to the side and I would have to wait much longer. I get I was running late, but what happened to a grace period?? The doctors are great with the kids that's why I continue to come, but it might be time to look else where.
